Operations Officer at HOR Logistics

We are a fast growing Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management and Supply Chain firm.

Job Description:

•  Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
• Serve as contact persons for all Drivers within assigned territories.
• Develop, implement and monitor route schedules.
• Monitor operations to ensure that drivers comply with administrative policie, procedures, safety rules and government regulations.
• Ensure periodic repairs and maintenance check of buses/vehicles and storage facilities.
• Conduct investigations to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures.
• Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to transportation activities.
• Minimize disruption and resolve any unscheduled delays.

Skills & Experience:

• Graduates of reputable teritary institution.
• 2 years experience as an Operation Officer
• Previous experience within a high performing, fast paced environment - ideally Automotive
• Knowledge of Cars, Car Brand, Car Parts - advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Commercial acumen
• Preferably a male for gender balacing
• Candidate must be living within Surulere/Mushin environs
