    • Support banking operations, transaction processing, customer service workflows, and operational efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • 2–4 years’ experience in banking operations or related roles
    • Knowledge of Core Banking Applications (CBA) and digital payment platforms
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
