    Operations Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets.
    • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Evaluate existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
    • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient workflows.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive optimization efforts.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
    • Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to foster professional growth.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align operational strategies with customer
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of operational projects.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and allocate resources accordingly.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize operational costs.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary.
    • Establish and monitor key operational controls to minimize risks and maintain data security.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
    • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a technology or software company.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to develop and execute operational strategies.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Solid understanding of technology industry trends and best practices.
    • Familiarity with relevant software systems and tools for operations management.
