    Operations Manager

    Our client is looking to hire a self-motivated Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing operations, organization expansion, develop business and increase profitability for a company. The successful candidate should be a competent public speaker and have good networking abilities. 

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate all marketing and business development initiatives, including sales, marketing, and business development activities, and hire and train regional sales managers.
    • Research and analyze market opportunities, identify potential customers, develop business proposals, and negotiate business deals.
    • Representing the company in the media, taking pictures of events, attending meetings, and accepting speaking engagements
    • Maintain and monitor pricing strategies, compare competitor pricing, and establish prices.
    • Maintain accurate records and comply with government rules and regulations.
    • Develop and execute business plans and strategies, including budgeting, budgeting forecasts, and resource allocation.
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with government and community agencies to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
    • Overseeing the company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms content strategies including analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years' of experience in business management setting with a Bachelors degree in relevant fields.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and leading teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the company on the media and with stakeholders.
    • A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve company goals.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
