Operations Manager at Tantacom Experiential Projects Limited

Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end operational functions of the company, ensuring projects and events are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• The role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, manage vendor relationships, and maintain high operational standards across all projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Operations & Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all events, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure operational alignment with creative and strategic objectives.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Manage, mentor, and coordinate operational staff, including event coordinators, logistics personnel, and support teams.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between creative, production, marketing, and client servicing teams.
• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and workflow optimization sessions.

Vendor & Partner Management:

• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and cost efficiency in all outsourced services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

Financial Oversight:

• Monitor and control operational budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare cost analysis and financial reports for each project.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

• Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and SOPs for events and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards during all operations.
• Implement risk management strategies and contingency planning.

Client Liaison & Reporting:

• Act as the operational point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Provide timely updates and status reports to clients and management.
• Address and resolve operational challenges or client concerns efficiently.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of operations or project management experience in event management, experiential marketing, or related industries.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with large-scale corporate events, activations, or festivals.
• Knowledge of production logistics, AV equipment, and experiential technology.
