Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all daily operational activities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Develop, document, and implement efficient operational processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics when required.
• Identify operational gaps, propose improvements, and execute solutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to drive strategic growth.

Requirements

• 8–10 years proven experience in operations management or similar leadership roles.
• Strong track record of managing teams and overseeing complex operations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proximity to Lekki–Ikota is mandatory.
