Operations Manager at Rated Cranes and Scaffold Ltd

Position Summary

We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the entire operational workflow across multiple service areas, including training delivery, inspection management, and technical logistics. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong field experience in industrial safety, logistics, or engineering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations including safety training, logistics, inspection, and simulator-based programs
• Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and KPIs
• Supervise engineering and technical teams, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Interface with clients to ensure quality service delivery and continuous improvement
• Monitor performance of equipment and facility assets, ensuring uptime and service quality
• Provide leadership in resource management, reporting, and client engagement

Required Qualifications and Certifications

• HND, BEng, or BSc in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Process or related Engineering disciplines
• 5–10 years’ experience in operations, field engineering, inspection or industrial safety
• Membership of NSE and COREN registration 
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, assets, and technical programs
• Knowledge of confined space, LOTO, machine safety, or inspection protocols is preferred
