Qualifications

• Proven minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing, social enterprise.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with Excel, ERP systems, inventory management software, etc.is a plus.
