Operations Manager at Mulitbond Ventures Limited

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain efficient production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols to create a secure and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND / B.Tech in Food or related filed
• Proven experience in operations management within the food, water, or beverages industry with minimum of 5 years working experience in the same capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in the industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
