JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ensure all day-to-day operations of the company are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee storage efficiency.
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Identify potential problems and points of friction, and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
Performs other related duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any other field
Minimum of three years as an Operations Manager or related experience required
Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
