Operations Manager at Mikano

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Operations Manager at Mikano International Limited in Ikeja. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned locations. Their tasks will include coordinating with division heads, ensuring efficient processes, managing resources and budgets, implementing strategies for improvement, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Knowledge of the Nigerian market and industry regulations
• Prior experience from a generator company is a MUST have
