Operations Manager(Luxury Retail) at LD&D Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the store’s operations, ensuring efficient processes that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and display, ensuring that all products meet the luxury brand standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of highquality materials and products.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to create a motivated team that delivers exceptional customer service and meets sales targets.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet brand standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management regarding operational performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
• Promote and implement sustainable practices within store operations, reflecting the brand’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and quality control standards.
• Passion for luxury furniture and home décor, with an understanding of current market trends.
