    Operations Manager


    Operating within the guidelines of the Company’s Policies and Procedures, the Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company’s accounts. The Operations Manager will be responsible for inspecting accounts, engaging in proactive visits of accounts, securing ratings of staff, coordinating site visits and new accounts orientation, resolving customer complaints, training & developing of staff, and maintaining client relations.


    • Understands and comprehends the attributes behind the Company’s brand
    •  Represents the Company’s brand with vigor and enthusiasm
    •  Manages multiples accounts at once
    •  Inspects accounts at the rate of once per month
    •  Calls new accounts within 24 hours of receiving notice of new customer
    •  Meets with new contacts to establish a relationship
    •  Performs initial assessment via ‘walk-through’
    •  Sets up new accounts and provides assistance in the ‘new accounts’ process
    •  Provides ‘on-site’ training for staff
    •  Identifies Special Service work opportunities
    •  Reviews customer needs for consumable supply needs
    •  Resolves customer complaints as necessary
    •  Hires cleaning staff.
    •  Conducts new hire training and continuous development of staff
    •  Attempts resolution of customer complaints
    •  Recommends solutions for CEO in situations where customers are considering canceling accounts
    •  Ensures compliance with all labor laws, OSHA regulations, and Company policies and procedures.


    •  Demonstrated ability to manage large teams of people in an organized structure
    •  Track record of success in the management of large teams in a competitive environment
    •  Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    •  Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet operations
    •  Strong presentation skills
    •  Professional speaking voice and demeanor
    •  Ability to work highly sensitive information and work in a confidential environment
    •  Proven ability to train staff


     Undergraduate degree in related discipline


     Minimum of 2 years experience in large commercial cleaning organization or hospitality housekeeping management.
