JOB SUMMARY:
Operating within the guidelines of the Company’s Policies and Procedures, the Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company’s accounts. The Operations Manager will be responsible for inspecting accounts, engaging in proactive visits of accounts, securing ratings of staff, coordinating site visits and new accounts orientation, resolving customer complaints, training & developing of staff, and maintaining client relations.

Undergraduate degree in related discipline
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years experience in large commercial cleaning organization or hospitality housekeeping management.
