Job Description

• Follow up on daily maintenance task under the branch.
• Check field reports.
• Study team abilities and distribution.
• Check quality of the job in field.
• Enhance the branch operation process (administrative side).
• Check the productivity of the teams.
• Review and interview team members on routine bases.
• Support technically the field teams.
• Update organogram once needed.
• Training courses.
• Analyze the open tickets for the branch operation.
• Follow up on open job cards.
• Escalate problems once faced to management.
• Monthly performance report analysis.
• Represent the company/operation in customer meetings.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background or related field.
• Daily reports.
• Multitasking.
• Team leader.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ideal candidates should have experience in genset (after sales) in the following areas:
  • Customer service.
  • Managing teams - Aftersales support/experience.
• Generating set knowledge Technical knowledge on the product to be able to support the teams
