Operations Manager at FoliXx Hospitality

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nightclub, ensuring efficiency in all aspects of service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff across various departments, including bartenders, waitstaff, security, and DJs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all aspects of the nightclub (lighting, sound, seating arrangements, and cleanliness) are consistently at the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and themed events to attract and retain clientele.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolutions.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and present them to the Managing Director.
• Take ownership of the nightclub’s operations in the Managing Director’s absence, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive and intelligent decision-making skills to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial management, including budget preparation, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
