Operations Manager (EasyBuy) at Newedge Finance Limited

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee operational processes, ensure efficiency across departments, and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Drive sales growth by ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded within the region.
• Ensure alignment of all Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets.
• Coordinate operational support for sales and business development teams.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Collaborate with regional and sales leadership to achieve business targets
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
• And any duty assigned by management.

Requirements;

• Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, sales-driven, or financial services organizations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and operational processes effectively
