We are seeking an experienced and talented professional to drive the CSC operations business with a focus on the delivery of high-quality embedded risk consulting to our clients.
The individual will ensure the delivery of world leading, embedded risk consulting and risk management solutions to a range of clients. This is a regional role with a focus on Nigeria and wider West Africa.
Role Tasks And Responsibilities
Management of embedded security risk consulting projects and associated client requirements across West Africa on a day-to-day basis.
Active client engagement, including site visits to ensure the service delivery standards for each project are being met. Proactive monitoring of outsourced security provider delivery to our clients.
Quality control of documentation including weekly and quarterly reports to clients.. Ensuring the written deliverables of embedded consultants is to the highest standard
In conjunction with Business Operations team, ensuring that project administration and project financial recording is timely, accurate and well presented.
Collaborate with a wide range of Operations Managers in the management of all engagement's tasks throughout Europe, Middle East & Africa as required.
Delivering high quality work in response to identified needs of existing and new clients. Conducting standalone projects and delivering consulting tasks, on time and in budget.
Identify and implement operations management processes.
Ensure that embedded consultants are effectively supported by Control Risks
Commercial management of embedded consultancy engagements, including scoping and writing high quality proposals
Responsible for the identification and selection of third-party suppliers and vendors. Leads the vetting and management of third-party providers across the region.
Developing successful client relationships
Creation and management of sales leads
When required, supporting journey management and protective service delivery. Liaison with service providers to ensure quality delivery in these areas.
Requirements
A background in delivery to a high standard within an international risk management company.
Deep knowledge of Nigeria and wider regional affairs
Developed commercial skills in relation to the provision of risk management services in Nigeria / West Africa
Strong data management and IT skills, with professional experience and ability in Excel.
Highly developed communication skills with an emphasis on quality written work being essential for success in the role
