Operations Manager at Chisco Group

Location: Gracebill, Eket – Akwa Ibom State
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦180,000/month + KPI-based bonus (Up to  ₦180,000/month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage store staff (Cashier, Stock Clerk, Sales Attendants, Cleaner/Security).
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, sales reporting, and stock management.
• Implement and enforce store SOPs for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions with Business Development Executive and Social Media Specialist.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and hygiene.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience (electronics, supermarket, or household retail preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; basic computer literacy.
• Honest, accountable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc.
