    Operations Manager

    Location: Ibadan, Oyo

    Job Description

    • Overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions
    • Design, plan, control performance improvement and operating strategy
    • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
    • Ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the implementation of IT systems.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Computer Science, and related disciplines
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a financial services industry
    • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
