Operations Manager at Bulkwash Services Nigeria Limited

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and result driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of Bulkwash Services, supervise staff and ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day operations of the laundry facility
• Supervise and coordinate laundry and administrative staff
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance
• Ensure customers receive excellent and timely service
• Monitor laundry processes from receiving to washing, drying, ironing, packaging and delivery
• Manage customer complaints and resolve operational issues
• Monitor inventory, detergents, packaging materials and other supplies
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and the facility
• Maintain accurate operational and financial records
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and business growth
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory position
• Previous experience in laundry, hospitality, retail or other service businesses is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
• Applicant must reside within Egbelu, Ogbogoro, Iwofe, Ada George or Eliopranwo axis.
