    Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • We seek a passionate Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or HND) in Business Administration or a relevant field, and a keen interest in beauty or customer service. You will lead a team, drive business results, and engage effectively on social media.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
    • Address customer and client issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Train and lead a team to meet departmental goals and objectives.
    • Utilize social media to enhance business presence and engagement.

    Qualifications

    • Proven management skills and operations expertise.
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
    • Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
    • Social media savvy with excellent communication skills.
    • Must reside within the Lekki Axis, Obalende, VI, or Jakande area.
