Operations Manager at BAFashion Shop

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and optimize inventory management, website operations, and team coordination across our locations in Ogudu and Ketu. 
• This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional with strong operational and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product and material inventory across multiple locations.
• Ensure accurate stock records, prompt restocking, and inventory loss prevention.
• Work with production and Quality Assuranceteams to manage supply-demand alignment.
• Manage back-end operations of the website including stock updates, order flow, and coordination with logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to ensure accurate online representation of products.
• Improve operational systems and SOPs for higher efficiency.
• Track key performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements.
• Coordinate daily workflows and ensure deadlines are met across departments.
• Supervise and support operations staff and logistics personnel.
• Provide training, delegate responsibilities, and ensure productivity benchmarks are achieved.
• Foster accountability and strong internal communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of solid experience in operations or inventory management, preferably in a fashion retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Highly analytical and a strategic thinker.
• Proficiency in inventory software, website operations, and logistics systems.
