    Operations Manager

    Company Description
    Our client is a leading player in the cosmetics industry

    Job Description

    • Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply 
    • Monitor the activities of the customer service reps to ensure a satisfied clientele 
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Direct and supervise retail staff  to ensure they meet set objectives
    • Provide solutions that addres performance issues in a timely and effective manner
    • Manage rotas and attendance ensuring adequate cover
    • Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail sites
    • Review team performance, providing immediate feedback in order to develop the teamm appropriately 

    Qualifications
    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA/BS in Business Administration,  or related degree preferred
    • Global logistics/Supply chain business knowledge
    •  Experience in a retail store is an added advantage.
