Job Summary

• Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring all operational activities are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.

Job Description and Specification

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee office efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecast.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or any related field (Certification will be an added advantage).
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience as an Operations Manager or general management specifically in the Media and brand management industry.
