Responsibilities

• Assist in Daily Operations:Work closely with our operations team to support day-to-day activities, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
• Data Analysis:Collect and analyze data to identify trends, streamline processes, and make data-driven recommendations for operational improvements.
• Customer Support:Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Address inquiries, provide updates, and assist in resolving any operational issues.
• Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaboration:Work collaboratively with various teams, including logistics, supply chain, and warehouse, to optimize processes and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a relevant Undergraduate or Graduate program (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field).
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
