Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Intern/Assistant to support our daily operations. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in managing key operational functions within a dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Help monitor and track the progress of ongoing tasks and report any bottlenecks or issues.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
• Assist in tracking inventory levels, dispatched stocks, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify and suggest improvements in existing processes to streamline operations.
• Assist in implementing new procedures to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
