Operations Intern at 8BM

Job Description

• Managing truck reception and unloading, registering products in our systems.
• Managing picking, sortation and packing processes.
• Negotiate spot market commitments with carriers, including prospecting and cold calling.
• Assist with entering tendered loads as they come in from our customers.
• Assist other Operations Team members on a daily basis with special projects and other tasks.
• Regular attendance and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements 

• Must possess a Degree in any related discipline.
• Applicant must be a serving NYSC corp member
• Candidate must possess analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Applicant must show a high degree of agility.
