• 5–8 years of management experience
• Proven track record leading teams (10+ staff)
• Experience in hospitality, luxury fitness, hotels, restaurants, coworking spaces, wellness, or premium service brands

• Excellent communication (written and spoken English)
• Professional presence and confident executive-level engagement
• Experience managing budgets, operations, and customer service
• Highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Oversee daily facility operations
• Implement systems, processes, and operational standards
• Ensure consistent premium service delivery

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage staff
• Build a high-performance, service-driven culture
• Conduct performance reviews and team coordination

Customer Experience

• Serve as point of contact for VIPs and key clients
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure world-class guest experience

Financial Oversight

• Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses
• Track KPIs and performance metrics
• Support profitability and efficiency improvements

Business Growth

• Support sales and membership growth
• Build partnerships and corporate relationships

Facility Management

• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, security, and overall presentation
