Operations Executive at Five Thousand Miles

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients, partners, and internal teams
• Manage and coordinate multi-sector projects
• Support the introduction and promotion of clients and partners
• Facilitate and develop international business meetings
• Organise and participate in company events, including business missions across Africa, Europe, and the Americas

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in market entry, consulting, international trade, or business development
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Swahili, Portuguese, Spanish or French are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Experience with market research tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Interest in commercial activity and international business
