The Operations Engineer will support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and technical requirements of offshore units and office facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and adherence to HSSEQ standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor class and statutory certificates, surveys, and compliance status
Support offshore and onshore operations, including planned and urgent repairs
Assist in monitoring contractors’ and project works onshore and offshore
Report operational or production abnormalities from offshore units
Liaise with operations and technical teams on operational and technical matters
Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and instruction manuals
Follow up with contractors, suppliers, and logistics agents on landed goods and repairs
Assist with audits, operations statistics, and HSEQ reporting
Support facility management activities including power plants, fuels, and lubricants
Utilize CMMS/ERP systems for maintenance planning, spares, and asset management
Ensure compliance with HSSEQ policies and Stop Work procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Marine Engineering License is an advantage)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Offshore Oil & Gas or Maritime preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CMMS systems
Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
