We are currently seeking a seasoned Operations Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the execution of service projects — from planning and staffing through to site operations, client engagement, and project delivery. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of operational excellence and driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee site operations including repairs, maintenance, overhauls, installation, and commissioning
Manage O&M contract obligations, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction
Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team across multiple projects
Ensure project delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with sales teams on technical and operational support
Ensure HSE compliance and continuous improvement in project execution
Manage vendor relationships and service tenders
Set and drive strategic goals that align with the company's long-term vision
Requirements
First degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
Relevant professional certifications
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas and Power sectors
At least 6-7 years in a leadership role with strong execution success
Hands-on experience with rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps, generators)
