Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations/Control Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the company by monitoring operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and maintaining efficient processes across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Track operational performance and prepare reports.
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct routine operational checks and inspections.
• Investigate operational issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
