Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for excellence in all operations functions of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for ordering and restocking supplies, and managing relationships with outside vendors
• Develop business dashboard on monthly basis and prepare reports for management.
• Reconciling monthly operations credit card statements
• Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshoot on all client issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain Inventory databases and keep track of Asset Inventories, assignments and movement and produce necessary documentation
• Make recommendations for business performance improvement
• Prepare summaries for key functional metrics and assist in taking timely decision
• racking/organizing operations databases including Inventory and Purchase request Database
• Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
• Maintain knowledge on all modern trends in online ad market

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND in Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a professional business environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both as part of a team and ind
• Excellent attention to detail with good business Acumen
• An analytical mindset with strong problem solving, communication, and writing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
