Job Summary

• As an Operations Analyst at Feegor, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency through data analysis, process optimization, and performance tracking. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support leadership with actionable insights to achieve business objectives. . This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze day-to-day operational performance across sales, sourcing, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations.
• Collect, clean, and interpret operational data to generate reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies, cost leakages, and operational risks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and SOPs.
• Track key operational KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with company targets and growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Tech teams to implement process and performance improvements.
• Support strategic planning initiatives through forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or operational roles within e-commerce, marketplaces, or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is an added advantage).
• Solid understanding of operational workflows and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-stage organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
