Job Description

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving the operational efficiency of our organization. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

• Daily Production Reporting for all factories – Production output and plant efficiencies. Escalating variances, collecting, analyzing, and evaluating production records and trends, as well as evaluating performance.
• Provide operations managers and the production team with analytical reports that are useful in the identification of opportunities to increase production.
• Perform plant production analysis to track Production orders reconciliation- Actual production output vs BOM on SAP and escalate variances where applicable with a deep dive into areas where there is waste.
• Determines areas of improvements- gathers data on current operations reports and prepares Production Metric dashboard to track robust daily reports, %waste (foreign matter), yields, machine efficiencies, down times etc.
• Identifies and compares the efficiency of new processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations analysis or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
