Job Description

• Planning and executing operational activities.
• Coordinating and supervising all operation activities
• Overseeing field operation staff activities and administration.
• Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the operation process and procedures.
• Evaluating the performance of your team members towards the organisational goals.
• Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management.
• Developing strategies to improve operations department metrics and performance.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate in any related field.
• Proven work experience in the relevant department.
• Must have experience in implementing operational processes.
• Must have good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
• Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / month.
