Operation Manager at Zephyr Interior Design Academy - ZIDA

Job Description

• The Operations Manager will lead and manage the daily operational activities of ZIDA, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring operational strategies, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Coordinate across departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports for management review
• Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting for operational needs
• Lead and mentor operational staff to foster a high-performance culture
• Identify areas for improvement and implement operational solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
• Support strategic planning and execution in line with ZIDA’s goals

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• A Master’s Degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
• Proven track record in leading operational teams and managing multi-department processes
• Experience in an educational or training institution is an advantage.
