• We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to manage our import/export business and provide strategic leadership to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, import/export operations, and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing business operations and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Must own a personal car, laptop, and phone.
