The Ideal candidates will ;

• Manage enterprise network incidents as related to customers effectively.
• Manage service performance, monitoring of SLAs on service delivery for designated customers.
• Perform health checks and attend customer meetings and service improvement programs.
• Co-ordinate and communicate planned and unplanned maintenance to customers and manage change requests.
• Ensure customer’s satisfaction by meeting the SLA terms through short response and repair time
