• We are dedicated to providing sustainable energy through our innovative mini-grid systems.
• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our 50kW mini-grid plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the 50kW mini-grid plant, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Monitor plant performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage a team of technicians and provide training as needed.
• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols on site.
• Liaise with the management team to report on operational status and suggest improvements.

Ideal Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing solar power plants, CNG Gas engines, or similar Clean energy projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of solar power systems, CNG gas engine.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components of mini-grid systems.
• Experience with SCADA systems and other plant monitoring tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in safety and plant operation will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in remote locations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies.
• Willingness to relocate to Akure
