Onsite Graphic Designer at Smash Technology

Position Overview

• We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create visually appealing designs that align with our brand’s message and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, experience with industry-standard software, and a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
Design Creation:

• Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including digital, print, social media, websites, and advertising materials.
• Create layouts for brochures, posters, flyers, banners, presentations, email templates, and more.
• Produce infographics, icons, and other visual assets to effectively communicate ideas.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing materials and company communications.
• Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to implement creative strategies that reflect the company’s vision.

Collaboration:

• Work with other departments to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions that enhance user experience.
• Assist in the development of creative campaigns, working alongside content creators, photographers, and other designers.

Design Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Experiment with new layouts, colors, typography, and other elements to push the boundaries of creativity.

Editing and Proofing:

• Edit and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring all deliverables meet the quality and technical specifications.
• Prepare final files for production, ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, and color accuracy.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate progress to relevant stakeholders and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and expertise in various design styles.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Knowledge of web design standards, responsive design, and user interface (UI) design is a plus.
• Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) or web design.
