Online Sales Representative

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND
- Experience 1 year
- Location Lagos

Our client, a multi-award-winning Fashion company in Nigeria seeks to engage results-driven individuals to fill the role of online sales representatives.

Responsibilities
- Receive orders from customers through digital platforms.
- Sell, upsell and cross-sell to customers
- Generate sales invoices, and receipts.
- Manage and update customers’ data.
- Attend to customers' enquires or feedback.
- Keep records and provide reports of sales activities to the supervisor.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Skills and Experience
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell.
- Must possess at least 1-year of experience in customer service.
- OND, HND degree or equivalent
Salary – N600,000 per annum.
