    Online Sales Representative

    Our client, a multi-award-winning Fashion company in Nigeria seeks to engage results-driven individuals to fill the role of online sales representatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive orders from customers through digital platforms.
    • Sell, upsell and cross-sell to customers
    • Generate sales invoices, and receipts.
    • Manage and update customers’ data.
    • Attend to customers' enquires or feedback.
    • Keep records and provide reports of sales activities to the supervisor.
    • Any other task assigned by the supervisor

    Skills and Experience

    • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
    • Ability to upsell and cross-sell.
    • Must possess at least 1-year of experience in customer service.
    • OND, HND degree or equivalent

    Salary – N600,000 per annum.
