Online Sales Manager at Pad-up Creations

Job Description:

As an Online Sales Manager at Pad-Up Creations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for managing our online sales channels, including our website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage our online sales channels, including our website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Create engaging and persuasive online content to promote our products and services.
• Build relationships with online influencers and partners to promote our brand.
• Track and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide customer support for online orders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest online sales trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in online sales or marketing.
• Strong understanding of online sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a 1 team.   
• Passion for social impact and women\'s empowerment.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with using modern apps to create visibility.
• Internet savvy.
• Knowledge of persuasive marketing techniques.
• Willingness to develop self and improve product knowledge.

Onsite must be willing to relocate to Minna, Niger state. 2 months accommodation will be provided.
