Responsibilities
Their job responsibility includes:

• Coordinating sales activities; from order to delivery and everything in between.
• Setting and achieving sales goals
• Making sales forecasts
• Managing the company’s website
• Converting leads to customers.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Analyze data and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI
• Create and curate content for social media channels, including product launches, promotions, and influencer partnerships
• Develop email marketing campaigns and automated flows to drive sales and engagement
• Work with the E-commerce team to optimize website user experience and drive online sales
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop digital assets that align with brand guidelines
• Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and platforms
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Marketing team

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S) For Candidate:

• Increase in website traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Increase in social media followers, engagement, and brand awareness
• Effective execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns
• Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and messaging
• Continuous improvement of digital marketing knowledge and skills
• Timely and accurate reporting of campaign performance metrics and insights to the Marketing team

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• The ideal candidate is expected to possess a Degree in Marketing or Communication (or related field) from a recognized institution.
• Digital marketing certification like google, Facebook, etc.
• Administrative and customer care experience
• Minimum of 12-18 months experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Working knowledge of fashion, fashion business and fashion trends
• Understanding of the beach wear and bikini business.

Skill Set Required of Candidate:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.)
• Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools

Salary
The proposed pay is 200,000 naira divided into basic and productivity payments Productivity bonuses exist for exceeding targets. Payment is tied to meeting set targets which are:

• Turnover
• Posts per platform
• Engagement
• Follower/likes/etc.
