    Online Leads Conversion Specialist

    Description

    • As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Leads Conversion Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in our success.

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a passionate and driven Online Leads Conversion Specialist to assist in converting online leads into loyal customers.
    • The ideal candidate should be well-versed in lead generation, online marketing, and persuasive communication.
    • You will play a critical role in our customer acquisition process, ensuring that leads are effectively nurtured and converted into satisfied clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively engage with online leads through various communication channels (email, chat, phone) to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, ensuring you can effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
    • Nurture and follow up with leads to build rapport and trust, ultimately leading to a conversion.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
    • Analyze lead data and performance metrics to continually improve conversion rates.
    • Keep accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead conversion process.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2 years work experience.
    • Proven experience in lead conversion or inside sales, particularly in an online setting.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing trends and techniques.
    • A deep understanding of our industry and our competitors is a plus.
