Onboarding Executive
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Logistics
- Oversee and conduct interviews for candidates interested in working as professional drivers
- Vetting and running checks on guarantor forms submitted, driving license details, schedule test drives, former employer cross-referencing etc.
- Ensure driver and client pairing is reduced to 24hrs
- Liaise with driver academy on training content for professional drivers.
- Coordinate pairing of drivers for on-demand and full term requests
- Evaluate driver complaints, process replacements, appraisal and disciplinary issues of drivers.
- Schedule and plan quarterly trainings for drivers
- Ensure documentation of driver feedback and complaints
- Ensure 100% update of drivers information on the platform
