Officer-Technical Buyer at Promasidor

The ideal candidate will

• Processing, issuance of LPOs and delivery schedule
• Initiate the process of tenders & bids for long term orders.
• Carry out market survey
• Support Supplier identification, development, and categorization
• Receipt and processing of RFQ/RFP
• Ensure materials’ purchase from manufacturer or OEM representative
• Maintain an activity monitoring schedule that captures the documentation, shipping, clearing processes vs the agreed
• Management of Invoices and SOA submission
• Carry out any other assigned tasks

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree OND , Purchasing and Supply
• Minimum of two years’ experience in related field
• Good knowledge of importation process
• Professional Certification will be an added advantage

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Must be familiar with foreign importation and documentation
• Market Intelligence
