A renowned company in the financial services industry specialized in the use of technology for revenue collection and management requires the
service of the following personnel who must be highly skilled and experienced.

Job Objectives

Support the delivery of internal and client projects from project initiation to transition to operations so as to deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives

Reports To:

Senior Officer, Project Management

Job Responsibilities

• Support project mobilization efforts
• Document project plan as required

Competence Requirements

• Project management experience
• Track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification
• Contribute to the delivery of a project (using a structured framework)
• from project initiation to transition to operations
• Monitor and control execution of project though Analyse, Design, Build, Test and Release
• Establish project governance for projects managed
• Perform project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered to business and client expectations
• Deliver assigned projects within agreed constraints
• Track and report status of in-flight projects place
• Formally signed-off and controlled project plan in place
• Schedule variance management
• Cost variance management
• Project scope stability management
• % of deliverables completed on time

Educational Qualification                            
Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related areas

Professional Qualification
Possession of the following certification is recommended: PMP, CSM, COBIT

Desired Experience 
1 to 4 years of functional experience
