Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines such as tablet compression machines, capsule filling machines, mixers, granulators, coating machines, packaging lines, conveyors, and other mechanical production equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out corrective repairs on gear systems, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for production machinery to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical utilities, HVAC systems, and production equipment.
Familiarity with GMP, validation protocols, and maintenance management systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
