    Office Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative staff, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.


    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed
    • Plan and organize office functions, events, and meetings
    • Maintain and manage the office budget, including purchasing and inventory control
    • Oversee office maintenance and ensure that the office is clean and well-maintained
    • Develop and maintain office policies and procedures, including those related to office safety and security
    • Manage office communication channels, including phone systems, email, and internal messaging platforms
    • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
    • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including managing employee records and conducting exit interviews
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to office management


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
    • 1-2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
    • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    N200,000 monthly.
